I would think these chips would be considered RARE but I will leave that up to you. Last year I send e-mails and posted on the BB if anyone has them to please LMK. Till this point I have not one person say that they have this in their collection. I got these last year and asking $200.00 delivered. The best I can say about them is that they are from when Carnival owned the hotel years ago. They are NCV chips if interested don't be afarid to e-mail me .
