Phyllis; Do you think that maybe some properties are waiting to see what other properties are going to do before jumping off the deep end like 4Q has unilaterally done?

I know of no one (yet)who has actually seen the official document and who has interpreted its meaning to the club membership. There are lots of attorney's who frequently read this board regularly. All we've read is what regular folks are interpreting on this message board. Why can't the Nevada casinos do what A.C. has done for over 20 years? Simply send the COMMEMORATIVE, un-numbered, non-"Limited Edition" chips out to a gaming table to be purchased?
