Missouri Gaming CAN confiscate the chips from a person walking out of a casino with their chips!

Since Missouri has the $500 lost limit per 2 hours and if you just walk into the casino, and buy $500 worth of chips and walk out (and Missouri Gaming see you do it) they WILL confiscate your chips.

This keeps someone sending in multiple people into a casino to buy chips for an individual (Keeping an individual from losing more than their $500 loss limit)

I read where 2 guys got busted at a casino for doing something just like this (but did it in the casino)
