Gene, if you have received the "NEW" NGCB regulations could you post a brief summary for all of us.

Also, I do not understand how they can just issue "NEW" regulations without a public hearing. I have worked with the FAA for over 40 years and never do they issue a "NEW" regulation without a public review/comment period. The casinos are allowed to make a profit (some of which goes to the state of Nevada) and selling commerative chips to chip collectors and cross over collectors(Sammy Hagar fans) is way to make money.

Is the Palms going to make any comments to NGCB regarding these "NEW" regulatios?
