I have a true story for from many years ago when I first started collecting chips. At the Sahara coin show a man come up to my table and asked if I collected chips and I said yes. He had two young "ladies" with him. He gives me six obsolete castaways $100.00 chips and said what can I get for these. At that time I was poaying $5 each. I said $30 and he says OK. Takes the thirty dollas, gives the Ladies $10 each and says look out for what type chips you trade for next time.
