I have found the NIS folks to be very helpful with my collecting. I also subscribe to and buy chips from the Chip Chat. (Old Issue Service?)

If someone was depending on New Issues as thier income source, it would be different. This is a hobby and any profit someone makes, is frosting on the cake.
