and think about we know to be facts about LEs and the "new regs" in Nevada. So far, I have not seen any new regulations come from the Gaming Control Board. What we have seen is speculation and "someone told me" stories.

We have not heard directly from any of our friends in the industry, "that yes in fact, the new directives have come down. I have them in hand."

Until we know something "official", all we are doing is adding to the rumor mill. But that would never happen on an internet BB!

I would like to again stress that the Club strongly urges our members NOT to call the Gaming Control Board to complain about LEs, issue numbers, distribution policies of the casinos or ask about "new regs" that may or may not be coming. We need to speak with one voice to this agency if we ever hope to accomplish anything.

Once we see something "official" from the Nevada Gaming Control Board on this matter, we will say so. Until then, it's all space filler.
