I agree with most of what you said. But I disagree that you think this will not hinder the hobby. The 4 casinos you mentioned have more chips in the hands of collectors than the rest of LV put together in recent years. Now they will have 0 chips to put into collections. putting laws that would have toned down the Le program not stopping it would have been better for all concerned. Just look at the Four Queens announcement. Is destroying these collectibles & not issuing any more good for the hobby? On another point,What do you think the attendance will be on the 2005 convention. I would think there will be a dramatic drop in attendance. It is sad to think that there will no longer be 4th of July chips issued in Nevada.
