I absolutely respect that decision, but some people are willing to take the risk. Otherwise, there would not be all of those ncv's in collector's hands. They were not all obsolete before they were collected! I have seen posts on this board from people who collected chips during poker tournaments at other casinos. I thought I would ask. I do not want to suggest anyone do anything they are not comfortable with. If I can't get a chip, I can't. No big deal!
