It's not the reduction in LE's...

that is the biggest factor here. It's two of the other items in the new reg...

1) you can't buy chips at the cage

2) you must cash in your chips before leaving the casino.

This will make it very hard for NIS's to survive, and those that do will raise their prices to cover their additional expenses and simply because they'll have a commodity that's in small(er) supply and high demand.

And like I said in my other posts, this will result in many people around the country not being able to get (or afford) the chips they've been getting in the past.
