Both Ted! The convention borse floor will have 100,000 + chips on display from the dealers and you can make your best deal. Usually this is a sale but if you've got something to trade as well, you may be able to interest one of them. Also there will be at least one trade-only members session, check the club website for schedule, where you can trade untill they kick everyone out and shut the doors. This is a good oppurtunity to trade chips from your region for other regional beauties but all kinds of chips are usually found. This trade session is also an excellent place to meet and make chipper friends and shouldn't be missed.
