...at least according to Mark's post, is the requirement to have 50% of the chips on the tables at all times. That would be a real accounting nightmare for places that have multiple "special occasion" chips like the Palms, Four Queens, Hard Rock, etc.
The New Issue Providers will be the most hurt. (Chuck may have to keep working longer ) The collectors who just have to spend some money may need to look to other states not previously collected.
I am suprised that any state with sales tax hasn't aready done something like this. The reason WA chips have to be "liberated" at the table is to keep the issue of sales tax away from the cage.
