I think that when the "collectors" who still do business with some of the people who are knowingly producing this repaired "stuff" ... refuse to buy their repaired products ... only then will it stop.

The club took whatever limited action that was available to them as a means of censuring one individual (who is not even a club member) ... and yet there are club members who still continue to this day supporting what that individual is still doing and has done in the past.
