I hear there are now 4 people in the chip fixing business.
IMO they will be out of business in about 2 years as all chips will be fixed by then.

I can think of several ways but I'm not writing the book.
My personal favorite idea is to reduce all chips known in drilled condition to a "C" value. What do you think?
