I got this 1/4 from Larry Trapp. He thought it was from Northern Ky., but no way to prove it. On Ed Hertel's web site there is a listing of a 1/4 chip for the Lookout House. The chips that were originally thought to be from the Beacon Club. That one is listed as lavender. Also, I think those are hub molds. How many other 1/4 chips are out there?
