I am also tired of the snow in South Jersey. My wife wants something very near Las Vegas - within the 20-40 miles radius.

If you cannot find anybody get in touch with me I know several real estate agents whom I used buying rental properties. Also I can take you out any day you want to come down for a day or two.

I will be spend one or two days of my chip week convention with some realtors to look around some properties.
