Although I am non of the above, let me offer this suggestion. Before leaving beautiful Upstate NY, rent a condo in Vegas for the month of July. Most folks can handle the heat for a few days at the Convention. Some people love the heat. But for others, being trapped by your air conditioning, the wind & blowing dust and traffic around town might get a bit wearing. Just a thought. Good luck in your choice.
