The back porch is all pebble rock, straight from the 60's. See the picture below. The tile covered it up, but they only went about 6 feet from the spa steps, so it's still rock the rest of the way. I'm so damn tired right now I can't think if it was visible in the show.

Anyway, I know it sounds ungrateful, but I wish they would have tiled the entire back porch. They left us the drawings, which show tile all the way across. We even heard from one of the builders that they were originally told to tile the entire porch, but the plan was scratched on Wednesday. I don't know if it was budget or time. Probably time when the spa was delayed.

I'll get it tiled eventually, so it's not really a big deal. And to have that as my only disappointment is pretty awesome!
