ALTHOUGH, I still think many MANY auctions are not conducted 'ethicly'. Jim P. I agree it is not eBay but the people using it. I said 'eBay' as a generalization. It is a platform where millions of buyers are matched with sellers, so many it has become impossible to police and it is beginning to show as the abuse is rampant.
