The Isle of Capri won the last Casino in Illinois. It will be located in Rosemont, just 10 minutes from Ohara. It will be finished by July of this year. It already had the garage and some of it done before it was stopped. Harrahs was out bid at the last minute. Maybe they should of put it up on E-BAY???
