CANADA! I was trading with dealer in Canada and he sent me a trade list, these were on it! Well,being from Texas I HAD TO HAVE THEM. They are pretty scarce since they stopped using them in 1980. Now they use their ID cards. When I called the prison in Huntsville to get more information on these, they were interested in them. Seems they have a little museum there. I declined to part with any.
