In 2002 the Four Queens Hotel & Casino (202 Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas) produced a $5 1040X Federal Income Tax Day Chip (FITD). This was the third and final year for Four Queens FITD chips (2000 saw the $1 1040, 2001 had the $1 1040EZ, and there was a $25 2002 Schedule K). In 2003 the FITD chip was rejected by Gaming.
