Gene and Archie, first of all it was meant to be a joke regarding the “seal of approval”.

Second, what you two post on this or other boards does have an affect on what others do. If you guys would post that an idea is “great idea”, I’m sure we would have volunteers. If you say ANYTHING that can be considered negative, it's not going anywhere.

There are a few members on this board that have some influence on others (I think it’s called respect). If you want more people to volunteer, maybe we need to post more “that’s a great idea” than try to find immediate fault with an idea.

One other thing, I used to volunteer to do things for the CCGTCC at the local level. I still spend a few hours per month for my club.
