Am I doing something wrong???

I buy in a Roulette game for $60. in hopes of walking away with $20 worth of chips....if the table has Seven colors...that Set costs me $420., yet most Roulette chips are valued at a couple of bucks. That kind of math only works in the Government.

Does anyone know of an easier/cheaper way to collect these things??
