Let's not forget, the club is already in the business of selling merchandise. They sell club t-shirts, chips, medal sets, etc. Just turn to page 82 of the latest club mag.

I have no expertise or knowledge about subject and how it relates to the club's tax exempt status. If I had to guess, I would suspect it's okay. Maybe our club officers and the people involved in getting our tax-exempt status implemented can let us know the rules (as they know them).
