Tonights news reported PayPal was fined $150,000 for not living up to its' agreement with users. Apparently, PayPal was refusing to credit user accounts when they reported never receiving goods. They are supposed to do the same as a credit card company and credit back the amount paid. Some of you will know more the this post. But, if it happens to any of us the bid is guaranteed.
