I had a buyer contact me after TWO MONTHS and tell me that they "checked their records" and the chip they bought never showed up.
How would anyone have any clue one way or the other?
I sure wouldn't want to beat anyone out of something that they bought, but it seems to me that anyone could buy an item and simply say they didn't get it. Most people (like me) care about their "feedback" and will automatically take care of any problems....of course, the buyer knows this.
The only protection on this end is to require a return receipt, which adds to the shipping costs.
Any suggestions?
