Here's the rule here on the board.

If you want to post that you haven't received your magazine, and you chose to receive it bulk mail, then everytime you complain, you have to put "bulk mailing" after your comment.

Bulk mailing could and sometime does take up to four weeks to get to it's destination.

Don't make the people who work so hard to get you a first class magazine look bad, by complaining that you didn't get it a week after it was shipped.
