I think that the legislators do realize the stupidity of it as there had been talk of trying to get the law changed about needing the casino to be on water.

You are right about all the changes in the casino boats. And this summer the boats went from having to close for a couple hours in the wee morning to being open 24 hours.

So I guess not all the lawmakers are morons.
