Feedback Forum, the more I learn about it and the less that I like it. It states:
After you make a purchase or sale, remember to leave feedback for your trading partner. The feedback forum helps everyone in the community know what it's like to deal with that member. These comments can be positive, neutral or negative, depending on your experience.
If ANY aspect of your transaction was unsatisfactory, consider contacting the seller or buyer to resolve the issue—either by email or phone—before you leave feedback. Most eBay members will be happy to resolve the issue.
As I read it, you should leave feedback not after you receive payment, not after you receive the item, not after you get feedback but when every aspect of the deal is complete. Kinda sucks, in my opinion. So if you're not satisfied because you didn't get feedback, it's allright by eBay to leave a neg. Steve B
