The new gamng bill passed yesterday, but an emergency clause allowing the immediate implimintation failed. Which means the bill will not be put into place until 90 days after the end of this legislative session, in May. Also the compact approval process has to be completed.

What worries me is their talking about non-banking games, which is allowed under Class II gaming law. And Class III is allowed with a compact. So I don't know what we're going to end up having in the end. But I do know its not coming till sometime near the end of summer.
