I have purchased and/or sold chips with each of those four and look forward to dealing with them again. They have all proven themselves to me to be truthful and honest. And I am certain that if I did have any questions or concerns, they would straighten it out with me.

It just doesn't sit well with many who frequent this board to continually attack people...maybe that's not a concern of yours. And you can complain all that you want about Douglas Boyd's or Mark's shipping costs..if they were clearly stated then you really can't blame them. I don't believe that it's a matter of ethics at all...it's a matter of commerce -- people charge what they want or what they feel they can get away with. I've paid more than $9 for several chips that I've won on eBay in the past. I'm gladly paying Mark Freitag $2.75 for a chip that I recently won from him because the total cost (including S&H) is within my "budgeted" amount for the chip. And if I'm dissatisfied with the chip (which I'm certain won't happen), Mark Freitag will make it right just as he did with you.

And if it's the matter of the $2.75 that you've lost for shipping, please e-mail me your address and I'll gladly refund this money to you. Steve B
