I'm not going to re-hash the entire history.

Ratso Rizzo did pull a bait and switch. His web site had one picture, he sent a chip no where near as nice. I called him on it.

He gave me a song and dance about "subscribers" getting the best chips and what I got was what was left.

The pic was a 100% cherry chip - HS intact, clean as the day it was made. What I got were ones with worn HS and dirty molds. That qualifies as bait and switch in my book. How about yours?

Captain Bongo is delusional. He claimed I had some flame with James C. over a picture and use the eBay and TCB user ID of HaveChipsWillTravel. Ask James - I am not that user - never have been and never had any harsh words with James.

Webster's defines "delusional" as "something that is falsely or delusively believed or propagated" and that pretty much covers Captian Bongo's statements.

Ok - so as TRUTH is a defense to any action for defamation, neither has a case.

Captain Bongo was happy with me and sold me lots of stuff until I left feedback for Doug Boyd that said something like "Nice chip, pricey shipping. A+ transaction" (when he charged $9 for shipping one chip) Then he blocked me from his auctions. It was positive feedback - go look it up!

He never had a single problem with me, but blocked me over feedback left for someone else and then began to attack me as heartless.

He says Doug is dying of cancer, like it gives him the right to stick his hand in my pocket at 8x the rate of shipping!

If Doug is dying, maybe he better turn off his PC and spend what time he has left with his family rather than on ebay gouging buyers on shipping.

I think he made the whole thing up to gain sympathy, but again - many here don't like to deal in facts.

So you see - Ratso is a bait and switch artist and Bongo is delusional.
