I read your posts about your recent transaction with Mark Freitag.
I am also reminded of our recent transaction where you wound up returning the chip.
My suggestion is that if condition is important to you, check it out before you make a deal or bid on a chip.
Club members are obligated to provide refunds for any reason.
But one should not take advantage of this requirement.
You had the opportunity to view a picture of the chips before you made a deal or bid.
You had the opportunity to question the seller about condition or anything else before the deal was made.
Making an issue about condition and shipping charges after the deal is done is not right.
Save yourself time and money and aggrevation and please do your homework before the deal is done.
