Mark Frietag's club membership number is R-236. He has a past track record that goes back for 15 years or more and is for the most part without blemish.

Mark Frietag has had a table at most (if not all) of the club's past conventions. He has earned the respect of many folks, on and off this message board, through his past business practices and personal interaction with other chip collectors. As a result of his past record, he has a good reputation among those who have done business with him in the past ... "old school" and new comers alike.

I don't know Mark Sutton, but I have a question regarding his standing in the chip community. Are you a club member Mark? If so, what is your membership number as I don't see your name listed in my copy of the Club Directory from June, 2003, which is the most recent copy I have. Not that being a club member automatically gives anyone a blanket stamp of approval ... but it helps.

I ask the above question in that context because if you have an unresolved dispute with another club member and if you are a club member yourself, there are steps that you can take to resolve your dispute with the club claims director. In the event that Mark Frietag has refunded your purchase price ... then IMHO you have no dispute.

Lastly; if someone in business decides he/she does not want to do business with someone in the future, it seems to me that is his/her perogative.
