We know what it costs to ship a chip and it's not $2.75 friend.

He tried to tell me "tough luck" on the chip he sold me but that didn't fly. When it didn't, he got mad and told me don't bid on his auctions.

"Nice" is not in the grading list Archie linked, so the guy is playing fast and loose with the description.
