The guy is a 13 year member of the club, charges $2.75 to ship a single chip and tried to give me the brush-off when he described a chip as "nice condition" even though not a speck of cross-hatching was left and the thing wouldn't stand on edge. The thing was so smooth it would have skipped accross a pond 7 or 8 times.
I wrote him and told him I was dissapointed with the chip. He basically told me that he considered it "nice" and thanks for the business.
It was only after I reminded him of the club code of ethics that he reluctantly agreed to take the chip back.
Then the guy tells me not to bid on any of his auctions!
I guess he wants brain-dead bidders who just accept what they get. Holding him to the club ethics seemed to irritate him.
The club could do without this kind of person!
Add him to the growing list of club members exposed. The list will continue to grow.
Mark Freitag - that's his name.
