Archie's right. We aren't in a position to intefere with "lawful commerce". The BUYER BEWARE is still operative. I would think that somehow we can/should/could/can't?/ contact BUYERS after they have purchased chips and ask them to join CCGTCC and offer mentoring without getting into whether or not they paid too much for a chip.
