Anything is possible Rick, but I would think the chipping community would have heard about this "new" chip by now. It may simply be a difference in scanning equipment the seller is using that does not register colors accurately. If there is a new chip, I've not heard about it ...
Can you provide a link to the auction on ebay ... or at least email the seller and ask the same question?
