I would be wary of the right to publish. Logos are typically registered with the Patent and Trademark office. Anyone buying this CD should have the seller produce documentation.

Interestingly enough, I did a search on a few logos some time back and if memory serves me right the person who held the rights to Vegas Vic let it lapse and now its in the public domain.
