To West Virgina based MTR Gaming Group. Under the agreement Harrah's retains all rights and ownership to the Horseshoe and the World Series of Poker names, MTR gets to use the Binion's name only in Clark County, Nevada under an agreement with Harrah's but once that agreement expires MTR will drop the Binion's name and the property will be completely rebranded.
