I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Mazzulla manu years ago. The book is a great item for the real history og the west. The P. B. S. in Denver did a program from Fred's basement and it lasted a full year. Fred gave me a leather bond copy with a brass token in the cover.Once again the book is great. We sell it for $10.00
