Well what it comes down to is. If you want the item bad enough you will bid on it. If the shipping is to high and you dont want to pay that much for shipping you did not need that chip bad enough. If u want it bad enough the shipping wont matter cause you need it or want it a lot. I have paid a crazy amount for some stuff not cause i needed it cause i wanted more then the other bidders so its up to the person
