That's a tough question to answer Steve. I have had non paying bidders before and have been very tempted to leave negative feedback. I also believe in the feedback system and use it quite a bit to shy away from purchasing from sellers who have too many negatives. However in most of my situations the items sold were fairly insignificant. It all boils down to, do I want to leave a negative and face retaliatory feedback for a $10 item? I guess if someone took me for $200 it would be a different story but fortunately that has not happened to me to date. The great thing about chippers, I really do trust most of them. Its not the same when you deal in sports cards or other items.
