Not familiar with the "I got the Dog" chip but my vote would go to, and I don't mean any disrespect for this as they do, on occasion, release some good chips, but, the 4 Queens as they release a lot of senseless chips. My specific vote is for Tax Day. The 1040 Chips. I know there have been others but I don't pay that much attention to the real stupid ones so I can't remember them off hand. Also, in fairness, I would say that 4Q is not the only one that releases stupid chips.
