Caesars Tahoe isn't always on the tables but not obsolete either. I'm told they come out of the vault on occasion for special situations. As with all Caesars chips, you can still cash them, and I suspect you can still play them but I never tried. I have gotten them from the friendly cage people from time to time when I asked for old chips.
