I have been looking at these types of chips for some time and recently found what I had thought would be a way to save a little money on them. Rather than buying a full set on ebay for over $130 with shipping, I found a seller selling individual 50ct tubes of them. Also I thought, since there were no other bids on some lesser popular colors that buying those chips (purple and yellow) might be a way of getting some nice chips at a little savings. I also wanted to get some of the chips and see how I liked them before taking the plunge on filling out a full set. So, rather than just buying 400 of them on the spot I would pick up a small selection to check out the performance of the dealer and the quality of the merchandise he would send me.

Well, I got the chips. The dealer was great, price was fair and the quality, appearance and colors of what I received was very nice, just as pictured in the auctions and received promptly. I showed the chips to the others that I play poker with. We all are very pleased with them so I contacted the seller to order more. Everything is fine except that he doesn't have any more of the Yellow and his quantities and selections on other chips and colors seems very limited.

I originally purchased 50-Yellow, 50-Purple and lucked into 50-Black. I was hoping for 100 more yellow, 50 more Purple and 100 Blue. The seller didn't have any more Yellow so, from his limited stock I selected the 100 Blue, 100 more Purple and $50 more Black so that I would have a functional set of 400. I can't seem to find these chips in Yellow anywhere. Everywhere I find them, which are plenty of dealers, they seem to be available in White, Red, Blue Green and Black. While I originally planned on only 400 chips, if I can find the Yellow I would expand to 500. I was curious if anyone out there knows how or where I might find these chips in Yellow.

The chips I am looking for are the ones with the suit symbols on the edge along with 3 stripes running from the edge to the center on the outer edge of the chips. I have seen them called "Royal Suited" "Double Suited" "Striped Suited" .... Any assistance would be appreciated.
