When you name your HTML file, rename it to something like...

Toms_page_2.htm
or
TomsPage2.htm

Notice there are no blanks in the file name. Never put blanks in your html file name. It just causes problems.

Ross is also right on the other point. In each anchor tag, you need the TARGET property. Like this...

This opens the link in a new browser window.
or...

This opens the link in full size in the current browser window.
