Everytime HR does a short Issue, I LOSE CUSTOMERS, because they are fed up. I am one the the NIS providers who did not GRUB there customers (there are a couple of others also) that I sent Friday the 13th chips to. I did pay 3 people to stand in line for me and passed this on to my customers...Of which I made nothing on those 24 chips.

I have been very critical of HR, but if & when they do something right, I will pat them on the back.

I usually do NOT raise prices on any issue. Some dealers go up & down like a yo yo. I understand this as they pay people to stand in line & get chips on every issue....

I did put ONE Friday the 13th chip on ebay, but one only...
