At the end of the link you will want a TARGET. For example, you can open a new brower to the site with a TARGET=_blank

If you want the current one, you might try a TARGET=parent. This is within the A HREF tag.

BTW Tommy, I am personally not a big fan of having spaces within the name of a site (like your's). It makes it a LOT more difficult to tell people how to get there, Notice that the web is going to put a %20 in the spot of a space. Now you have to tell people to add the %20 or they will not find your page.
